COUNCIL PITCH FEES

The League have been advised by the Council today that they are going to increase the pitch fees by 6 per cent but the League have decided to not pass on the full 6 per cent and only increase the fees by 5 per cent. Therefore, the pitch fees for season 2010-2011 is £830. All new teams must pay the full amount by of £830 by Friday 6th August. Existing clubs have the choice to pay in full by 31st August or 2 installments of £440 by 31st August and £440 by 31st January 2011. Apologies for the lateness however, the League were only informed today.

The web site has been updated to show all the details of members of the League. Could ALL clubs please check their information is correct and report and incorrect information to League Secretary, Kim Browning, who will amend accordingly.

These also count for pre season friendlys.Jewellery A player must not use equipment or wear anything that is dangerous to himself or another player (including any kind of jewellery). All items of jewellery (necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, leather bands, rubber bands etc.) are strictly forbidden and must be removed. Using tape to cover jewellery is not acceptable. Basic EquipmentThe basic compulsory equipment of a player comprises the following separate items: a jersey or shirt with sleeves - if undergarments are worn, the colour of the sleeve must be of the same main colour as the sleeve of the jersey or shirt. shorts – if undershorts are worn, they must be of the same main colour as the shorts plus stockings, shinguards and footwear.

2 TEAMS WITHDRAW FROM THE LEAGUE

This is to inform all members of the constitution that Apollo FC and Garnon Eping FC have withdrawn from the League with immediate effect.

Constitution for Season 2010-2011

Following the Annual General Meeting on Monday 28th June 2010 the Constitution was accepted by the member clubs for season 2010-2011. Premier Division: Parndon Royals, Rouge Lyon, Marquis Sports, Maypole Ath, Old Town Ath, Risden Wood, Pools Ath, EKB, Sapphire and Parsloe Ath. Division One: Risden Wood Res, Rouge Lyon Res, Lindsey Street, Harberts, Maiden, Maypole Ath Res, Parndon Royals Res, FEL and New Town Rangers. Division Two: Brookside Ath, Risden Wood A, Epping Ath, Galaxy, Matching United, Skipper Rangers, Eppaldo. FC Clark and UG. Division Three, Apollo, Broadley Common, FC Flare, Harberts Res, Garnon Epping, Maiden Res, Parsloe Res, FC Cincuenta and New Herald Rovers. Division Four: A and A, Matching Utd Res, Harberts A, FC Clark Res, Maypole Sports. St Germaine, Maiden A, Mark Hall, Rouge Lyon A and Caesars Palace. Fixtures

The Fixtures Secretary can add a new Fixture upto Wednesday evening prior to the Sunday so please dont assume you have a free weekend until Wednesday evening.

RUBBISH LEFT AT PITCHES

The League have received a letter from the Enforcement Officer of Harlow Town Council regarding the state of the pitches are left in after fixtures are played on a Sunday.  The letter states that they have the power to enforce Fixed Penalty fines of £80 per individual and can restrict the use of the grounds to the League.  The Enforcement Officer will be going around to all pitches on a Sunday morning and as the League do not wish the Council to withdraw the facilities Clubs are informed that all rubbish whether left by spectators or players is to be removed immediately.  All clubs are advised to take a refuge bag with them.

Kit Colours

Can all clubs please ensure they adhere to Rule 9(a) which states No player, including the goalkeeper shall be permitted to wear black or very dark shirts. Committee members will carry out spot checks.

Rules on Jewellery

As per FA Rules all items of jewellery (necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, leather bands, rubber bands etc.) are strictly forbidden and must be removed. Using tape to cover jewellery is not acceptable. Referees are also prohibited from wearing jewellery (except for a watch or similar device for timing the match).
